A memorial service, followed by opportunities to eulogize Aaron will begin at 1:00pm. We invite you to join our family in sorrow and celebration. As we mourn his passing, our family is choosing to focus on Aaron's many wonderful qualities. Aaron was a man who lived life to the fullest. Everything he did, he did with passion and incredible determination. He was an entrepreneur down to his very core. He was proud of the work he did, the wealth he built and the lifestyle he was able to provide for his family. He traveled and had incredible experiences, owned some really cool cars and a fun boat on which his family and friends made so many treasured memories. He loved giving people a great day on the water! Aaron fulfilled his dream of owning his own farm and found joy and tremendous pride in working on that farm with his sons by his side. He was always looking for ways to make memories and have adventures and had collected lots of fun toys of all shapes and sizes. He took excellent care of his menagerie of animals and loved sharing it all with whoever came out to visit. To know Aaron, is to know he loved a good project! Few things brought him more happiness than seeing one of his bright ideas come into fruition. He was a task-master who loved to get things done. Aaron had an enormous heart and a belly laugh that could fill a room. He was truly living his best life. Aaron took his own life on October 1, 2021. Left to remember him through their tears are Rose and their sons Isaac and Silas who were the absolute joys of his life. Aaron will be forever missed by his parents Donald and Andrea Voigt; siblings Amanda (Bob) Torres, Alissa (Scott) Gunnerson, Adam (Cindy) Voigt and Angie (Jon) Thompson. Aaron never missed an opportunity to make memories for his nieces and nephews Ross, Brock, Luke, Bert, Aurora, Allie, Bauer, Augusta, Beckham, Agatha, Owen, Eloise, Nora and Reese. He was a very proud and loving uncle. Aaron had an amazing group of friends who were also his family. In his own words, “I am proud of my life and the people in it”.
