Our History

Our History

Our funeral home is a family owned and operated business. We are large enough to give our families the same service as the largest funeral homes around, yet we are small enough that each family gets the level of attention and care they deserve.

Since 1863, Wenner Funeral Home has served families who have suffered the death of a loved one. Our commitment for over one hundred fifty years has been to assist those who have been touched by such a loss with personal service and dignity - all at a reasonable and affordable cost.

Whether you contact us to pre-plan future services or at the time a death occurs, the staff at Wenner Funeral Home will gently guide you through all the options available and make your choices our top priority.

Call us at the time of need, send us an email with your questions, or schedule an appointment to discuss the ways we can be of assistance. At Wenner Funeral Home, we are committed to providing a compassionate, competent, and creative service to you, your loved ones and all who face the difficult time that results following a death.

Wenner Funeral Home is proud to be a member of the International Order of the Golden Rule.

Our pledge to you:

We are committed to serving our families with care, compassion and dignity measured not by gold, but by the Golden Rule.
